HOSTEL

For the students of this Institute the Charutar Vidya Mandal has provided Hostel named  ‘ NEW HOSTEL BLOCK C’  for boys and B.B.I.T  GIRLS HOSTEL for girls. Hostel is compulsory for the students who come beyond 25 K.M. from Vallabh Vidyanagar. Prof. A.A. Parmar, Lecturer in Electrical Engineering Dept is a Rector for boys hostel and Prof. I.N. Patel is a rector for girls hostel.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CELL  :

 

Institute has also established Continuing Education Cell under Canada India Institute Industry Linkage Project (CIIILP). Under this cell full time and part time  continuing education programme based on Computer, personality development, Office Automation and general skill. The continuing cell have been proved as a Centre of Excellence in the field of Auto Cad, CAD/CAM, Mechanical Desktop, Architecture Desktop , 3D studio, CAD  in Electrical Engineering Office Automation. Prof. I.N. Patel, Lecturer in Applied Mechanics is looking after this cell as a continuing education Manager.

CENTRAL COMMITTEE  :

Every year Institute form a Central Committee which consist of students representatives  from various class  are appointed by Principal. General Secretary and other Secretary are also appointed on the basis of merit, their skills in different areas like sports, debate, culture, events etc. Principal is a President of the Central Committee and H.O.D/Senior Faculty are appointed as Vice President/Joint Vice President.

 

Prof. K.M. Makwana , Head of Electrical Engineering and Prof. K.K. Patel, Senior Lecturer, Mechanical Engineering  are acting as Vice President and Joint Vice President. In the Central Committee the decision of the principal is final and binding to all on all matters.

 

CANTEEN

The institute has its Canteen in College campus. It is running on contract basis. Students and staff are given Tea and light refreshment  from the canteen with reasonable rate and good quality.

 

SCHOLARSHIP

Various types of scholarship are offered to the students belonging to reserved Category under different schemes of the State Government subject to the condition laid by the Government.
